Services & Engagement

All projects are executed against a written scope document and quotation approved by the client before work begins. Work outside the approved scope is quoted separately as a change request.

Project timelines are estimates based on the approved scope and timely inputs (content, approvals, access) from the client; delays in client inputs extend timelines correspondingly.

Payments

Projects follow milestone-based payments as stated in the quotation — typically an advance to commence, mid-project milestones, and balance on delivery. Deliverables, source code and deployments are handed over upon full payment.

Annual charges such as domain, hosting, third-party APIs and AMC are billed separately as applicable and stated in advance.

Intellectual Property

On full and final payment, ownership of the project-specific source code and system transfers to the client. Yaansh Softech retains ownership of its pre-existing frameworks, libraries and product suites, which are licensed to the client for use within the delivered system.

Warranties & Liability

Delivered software includes the support period stated in the quotation, during which defects against the approved scope are fixed at no charge. Yaansh Softech is not liable for issues arising from unauthorized code modifications, third-party service outages, or misuse of the system.

Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
