Modules, milestones, timeline and a fixed-price quote — in writing. Phased rollouts are planned here so you can start with what matters most and expand later.
UI Design
Every screen is designed and approved by you before development begins. Changes are cheap on a design; expensive in code — so we get the design right first.
Development
Built in weekly sprints with preview links so you watch the system take shape. Your feedback is folded in continuously, not discovered at the end.
Testing
Functional testing, security checks and a real-data trial run with your team. For calculation-heavy systems (MLM, payroll, accounts) we verify outputs against your existing records.
Deployment & Training
Launched on your own domain and server with SSL and backups configured. Your team is trained role-by-role until they're comfortable — not just handed a manual.
Support & Growth
An included support period after launch, then optional AMC for updates, security and priority help. As your business grows, the same team extends the same system.
